WasteWeigh is a bespoke on-board weighing solution for waste and refuse collection vehicles. Designed to drive payload optimisation and operational efficiency, WasteWeigh systems are rugged load cell-based solutions that provide continuous and precise weighing data during loading to an accuracy of ±0.5% GVW accuracy or better for trucks of 17 tonnes and up. Precise, reliable, convenient - TruckWeigh is a premium overload protection / payload maximisation solution built around VPG Onboard Weighing’s patented inclinometer technology. With weighing accuracy of better than ±2.5% (90-100% GVW), TruckWeigh is a lightweight yet resilient unit that offers straightforward fit-and-forget installation with no need for further recalibration. The front fork scale system allows front loading refuse and recycling vehicle operators to monitor bin weights on the fork, whether in motion or at rest. This unique solution takes the form of a pair of bolt-on forks fitted with weight sensors that replace the vehicles’ standard forks. Capable of recording up to 1,500 events such as date, time, stop number, pick-up weight and exceptions, the system displays individual bin weights and total net payload weight and is activated by a proximity switch.
